About Job
- This includes 30 minutes of prep time, three 50-minute groups consecutively with a 10-minute break between groups and 40 minutes of documentation time.
- The clinician needs to be prepared to commit to 13 hours per week to complete all necessary activities. This includes attendance of a weekly treatment team meeting for 60 min.
- This is an Adult Intensive Outpatient Program designed to deal with a variety of mental health issues and may have clients joining the group and leaving the group over time.

- Provide inpatient virtual IOP coverage via video conferencing platforms such as Zoom.
- Embrace innovative telemedicine approaches for patient care.
- Document patient interactions and maintain electronic health records.
- Collaborate with the clinical team as needed.
- Must have personal computer system that can utilize Zoom and EHR access platforms to deliver services.
- Must use a HIPAA-compliant office workspace.

- Must use personal laptop/computer that can run Zoom and other applications required for Telehealth remote work.
- Internet connection - broadband wired or wireless (3G or 4G/LTE)
- Speakers and a microphone – built-in, USB plug-in, or wireless Bluetooth
- A webcam or HD webcam – built-in, USB plug-in or an HD cam or HD camcorder with a video-capture card OR virtual camera software for use with broadcasting software like OBS or IP cameras.

Qualifications
- Active clinical licensure in California
- Experience in group therapy is a plus
- Active Clinical licensure in LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LMHC.
- Proficiency in using technology for patient management.
- Preferred: Remote Group therapy experience.
