A school district in Detroit, MI is seeking a licensed School Psychologist to support students from kindergarten through 12th grade for the 2025-2026 school year. This is a full-time, contract position with a 37.5-hour workweek, providing comprehensive psychological services to enhance student learning and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for K-12 students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Consult with educators to implement interventions that support student academic and emotional success
- Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention as needed
- Maintain accurate records and comply with state and federal regulations
Qualifications:
- Valid Michigan School Psychologist License
- Experience working with K-12 students in educational settings
