About Job
- Facilitate psychoeducational groups, therapeutic meals, and client check-ins
- Provide emotional regulation support and behavior modeling
- Support patient onboarding and therapeutic outings
- Document client progress and pass-down reports
- Collaborate with licensed clinicians, dietitians, and program leadership
- Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or human services
- Experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, or eating disorder recovery preferred
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care, CBT, or DBT a plus
- CPR/BLS and crisis intervention training (preferred; can obtain within 90 days)
- $26–$28/hour, paid weekly
- Paid supervision + CEU opportunities
- Clinical mentorship for growth into senior roles
- Full-time, W2 employment with consistent shifts
- Work directly with a multidisciplinary, licensed treatment team
