We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy for a child in Needham, MA. This is a meaningful opportunity to help shape emotional and behavioral development in a supportive, one-on-one setting.

Schedule:

• Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays: 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM
• Optional flexible hours on Sundays

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy under clinical supervision
• Encourage communication, emotional regulation, and daily living skills
• Maintain session notes and collaborate with caregivers
• Create a safe, engaging environment for learning and growth

Qualifications:

• Experience in ABA or behavioral support preferred
• Reliable, empathetic, and enthusiastic
• Must have dependable transportation

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.50 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 16 per week
