This role focuses on supporting the mental health and educational development of a diverse student population, collaborating with educators, parents, and administrators to create effective intervention plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students across K-12 to identify learning challenges and developmental needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral intervention strategies
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support student success and well-being
• Provide counseling services and crisis intervention as needed
• Analyze data and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in the state of Tennessee
