Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Develop and implement support plans tailored to individual students.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and community resources to promote student well-being.
• Provide crisis intervention and conflict resolution as needed.
• Maintain accurate and confidential case records in accordance with district policies.

Qualifications:
