Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for a full-time position with school districts in the South Orange, NJ area. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students while working in a collaborative and supportive educational environment.
Requirements (must meet all local and state standards):
Active New Jersey BCBA license/certification
Minimum of a Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
Prior school-based experience strongly preferred
Fingerprint clearance and background check as required by NJDOE
Strong ability to collaborate with educators, staff, and families to design and implement effective behavior plans
Responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Supporting K-12 students across multiple ages and grade levels
Collecting and analyzing behavior data to measure progress
Training and consulting with teachers, paraprofessionals, and related staff
Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
