About Job

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.


Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for a full-time position with school districts in the South Orange, NJ area. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students while working in a collaborative and supportive educational environment.

Requirements (must meet all local and state standards):

  • Active New Jersey BCBA license/certification

  • Minimum of a Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field

  • Prior school-based experience strongly preferred

  • Fingerprint clearance and background check as required by NJDOE

  • Strong ability to collaborate with educators, staff, and families to design and implement effective behavior plans

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

  • Supporting K-12 students across multiple ages and grade levels

  • Collecting and analyzing behavior data to measure progress

  • Training and consulting with teachers, paraprofessionals, and related staff

  • Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
