Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Flexible Part-Time Role (Hybrid)

Location: Milton, MA (Hybrid – up to 1 day/week remote)

You’ll work alongside a team of 3 NPs and 3 therapists, with weekly supervision from an experienced LICSW to support your professional growth. This is a unique opportunity to thrive in a supportive, modern, and integrative practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to your desired population, based on your expertise or professional goals
• Whether you have experience with a specific group or wish to learn more about a new population, our dedicated team will support your growth while ensuring high-quality care for patients
• Maintain timely and thorough clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Engage in supervision and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Active LCSW license (not LICSW)
• Experience in mental health counseling preferred
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model (in-person with 1 remote day)
