Position: Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Counselor (field based)
Location: Santa Monica school district and the surrounding community
Type: Full time - autonomous role

What You’ll Do:

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based counseling to youth navigating substance use issues.
• Facilitate engaging group sessions, one-on-one support, and family interventions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create personalized recovery plans.
• Educate and inspire youth toward healthier choices and long-term success.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1 year experience with adolescents
• CDAC Certification (required)
• Experience working with adolescents in clinical or community settings.
• Strong communication, empathy, and motivational skills.
• A commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,320.00 per year
