Utilize leadership, advocacy, and collaboration to promote student success, provide preventive services, and respond to identified student needs by implementing a comprehensive school counseling program that addresses academic, career, and personal/social development for all students.MINIMAL ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Serve as member of the established student support team and Section 504 Team.
- Implement guidance curriculum and career/education programs for students.
- Use data to develop comprehensive programs that meet student needs.
- Maintain current and appropriate resources for education stakeholders.
- Provide responsive and preventive services to students as necessary.
- Missouri Teacher Certification in Counseling preferred
- Substitute Certification* (minimal requirement)
