Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on data collection and analysis.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions in various settings, including home, school, and community environments.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and support for clients.
- Monitor client progress through regular data collection and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on behavior management strategies.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health.
Qualifications:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in data collection methods and patient assessment strategies.
- Familiarity with special education practices and working with individuals with disabilities.
- Understanding of medical terminology, medical records, and documentation requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to providing compassionate patient care while adhering to ethical standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
