Now hiring a Service Coordinator in Green Bay, WI!

Trillium Staffing is currently seeking a temporary Service Coordinator through the end of the year with potential to become permanent!

The Service Coordinator will be responsible for the oversight of planned maintenance, maintaining consistent communication with customers regarding repairs, monitoring work in progress performance, and also generating quotes for clients.

Additional duties of the Service Coordinator will include creating work orders, creating and generating various reporting for clients, data entry, and maintaining up to date billing information for all clients.

The Service Coordinator role is a full-time, contract to hire opportunity, with a well-established organization in Green Bay, WI! The standard working hours for this role are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. Starting wage ranges from $19-22/hr, based on experience.

Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years of customer service or related service coordinator experience.
• Strong computer skills - MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong customer service skills, required.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
