WindWatch Behavioral Services partners with families to provide high-quality, insurance-funded ABA therapy for children with autism and related developmental disorders. We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who can lead treatment planning, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with insurance requirements, while delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, functional assessments) and develop individualized treatment plans in compliance with insurance guidelines.
- Write and update progress reports, treatment plans, and other documentation required by insurance carriers.
- Supervise, train, and provide clinical oversight to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff.
- Monitor treatment fidelity and data collection, ensuring accurate implementation of ABA strategies.
- Facilitate parent training and family guidance to support skill generalization at home and in the community.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members to support progress.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB ethical standards, and payer requirements.
- Attend peer reviews and respond to insurance audits as needed.
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience providing ABA services through insurance-based funding.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, treatment planning, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in documentation.
- Ability to supervise staff, provide constructive feedback, and maintain clinical quality.
