Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, functional assessments) and develop individualized treatment plans in compliance with insurance guidelines.
  • Write and update progress reports, treatment plans, and other documentation required by insurance carriers.
  • Supervise, train, and provide clinical oversight to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff.
  • Monitor treatment fidelity and data collection, ensuring accurate implementation of ABA strategies.
  • Facilitate parent training and family guidance to support skill generalization at home and in the community.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members to support progress.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB ethical standards, and payer requirements.
  • Attend peer reviews and respond to insurance audits as needed.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience providing ABA services through insurance-based funding.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles, treatment planning, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in documentation.
  • Ability to supervise staff, provide constructive feedback, and maintain clinical quality.

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay rates with opportunities for growth.
  • Flexible scheduling and caseload options.
  • Administrative support for insurance documentation and authorizations.
  • Ongoing professional development and CEU opportunities.
