Creative Behavioral Solutions Behavior Technician Summary:

Creative Behavioral Solutions is seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will work directly with clients and families in The Bronx to help children reach meaningful developmental and behavioral goals.

We are currently recruiting Behavior Technicians to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to families throughout The Bronx, NY. Please review the list of available positions and requirements below:

Current Client Needs:

Bronx-Crotona Park East, NY

16-year-old child Mon-Fri 3pm-5pm Sat&Sun 10am-12pm

Bronx-Clason Point

6 year old Mon 3:00pm-7:00pm, Tues 2:00pm-4:00pm, Wed 3:00pm-7:00pm, Thurs 2:00pm-4:00pm, alternating Fri 3:00pm-8:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home setting
• Follow treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Accurately collect and record session data and client progress
• Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and caregivers
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• Must be reliable, punctual, and have strong communication skills
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes in Valley Stream and Queens Village
• Ability to bend, kneel, stand for extended periods, and lift as needed
• Must pass background check and complete required training (provided)

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
