At Patterns Behavioral Services, we are dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families through high-quality behavioral support. We are looking for a passionate and skilled BCBA to provide evidence-based services and interventions to clients requiring support in our Orange County region.
This role involves assessing client needs, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and collaborating with families and support staff to achieve positive outcomes. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the community!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to interventions.
- Provide training and support to families and case workers.
- Maintain detailed records of client treatment and progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for clients.
- Stay updated with best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis and contribute to program development.
- Complete 25 billable hours/week
Requirements
- BCBA certification
- Master’s degree
- At least 3-5 years of experience working in ABA field
- Knowledge and experience with Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
- Experience conducting assessments
- Be a master problem-solver, ability to think globally, and sound decision-making skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
