Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral health and special education, with a focus on providing high-quality assessments and interventions for children and individuals with developmental disabilities. This role involves collaborating with families, educators, and other professionals to develop and implement effective behavioral strategies that enhance the quality of life for clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals.
• Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators and healthcare providers, to ensure cohesive care.
• Provide training and support to families and caregivers on behavior management strategies.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Stay current with best practices in the field of behavior analysis and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
• Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical records management, patient assessment, and diagnostic evaluation processes.
• Familiarity with special education practices and behavioral health interventions.
• Proficiency in medical documentation standards and HIPAA compliance.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• A commitment to ethical practice and continuous improvement in service delivery.
