Are you a collaborative, kind, and forward-thinking BCBA ready to lead and shape an ABA program from the ground up?

We are a well-established speech and occupational therapy clinic with a strong reputation for excellence, and we’re expanding! We're seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to develop and launch an ABA program within our interdisciplinary team.

As our in-house BCBA, you’ll have the autonomy to design systems and services, while benefiting from a supportive admin team, existing referrals, and experienced SLPs and OTs who are eager to collaborate.

What We're Looking For:

• Active BCBA certification
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Interest in working with pediatric clients in a clinic-based setting
• Previous experience starting or helping grow an ABA program is a plus (but not required)
• Willingness to work with speech and occupational therapists to create integrated treatment plans
