What You’ll Do
As a BCBA – Clinical Supervisor, you play a vital role in delivering ethical, high-quality ABA services. You will:
- Supervise RBTs and trainees
- Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Oversee clinical quality and ensure compliance with best practices
- Lead caregiver collaboration and skill-building sessions
- Track authorizations and IEP timelines, and submit required documentation
- Provide direct mentorship and constructive feedback to your team
- Champion our JEDIH mission and wellness in every aspect of care delivery
- Respond to challenging moments with compassion and a strengthened resolve to bring joy!
What You Bring You bring compassion, confidence, and leadership, along with:
- Current BCBA or BCBA-D credential in good standing with BACB
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong time management and decision-making abilities
- Adaptable and responsive to client and team needs, maintaining calm and professionalism in high-stress or crisis situations
- Demonstrated clinical excellence in behavior-analytic practices with measurable outcomes
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and continuous quality improvement
- Collaborative, team-first mindset
Required Certifications & Physical Requirements
- Physical readiness to ensure client safety and perform job duties
- CPR & First Aid certification and ability to pass a background check
- Maintain up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination annually as required by company policy
- Current valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
- Reliable transportation for in-person work in San Jose, CA
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $45–$70/hour (based on experience)
- Hourly onboarding period (first 3–6 months)
- Split-rate compensation + unlimited PTO after 3–6 months (full-time only)
- Part-time roles available (hourly)
- Schedule: Weekdays with occasional weekend flexibility
