Responsibilities:

As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for:

Completing progress notes within 24 hours of service

Providing initial intake, diagnostic evaluations, treatment plans, and maintaining client charts

Case management, including care coordination and collaborating with referral sources

Connecting clients to care and providing support throughout their therapeutic journey

Completing daily timesheets reflecting billable hours worked

Participating in weekly mandatory supervision and conducting 15-minute phone consultations

Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate who:

Holds a Master’s Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy

Has strong verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrates the ability to work independently while effectively communicating emergencies

Is familiar with various theoretical approaches

Additional Benefits:

Assistance with filing for your limited permit and minimal administrative work aside from client documentation

Expected compensation for limited permit holders: $25-$50 per hour
