Position: Managing Clinical Director

HOURS: 40 HOURS/WEEK

WORK LOCATION: Santa Cruz County, CA

SALARY: $117,728 - $153,150.40/year

POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of the FRC program director, the managing clinical director is responsible for the overall mental health care coordination system for the Family Resource Collective and provides expert clinical consultation across the agency's programs to support the integration of behavioral health best practices into case management services. The managing clinical director provides clinical supervision, advises leadership on behavioral health policies, and serves as the agency's clinical liaison with regulatory bodies to support compliance and sustain program quality. The managing clinical director will take an entrepreneurial approach to ensure program sustainability and will serve as the primary stakeholder in coordination between the agency and our Managed Care Organization (The Central Coast Alliance for Health), ensuring program compliance with MediCal reimbursables with the support from the finance department and agency leadership.
