This position is accountable for meeting the psychosocialneeds of patients and families through clinical assessment, crisisintervention, brief therapy, case consultation with the healthcare team andcollaboration with other professionals in the community. Mental Health interventions, including 5150 evaluations, are anessential component of the service provision.

EXPERIENCE:

• Proficient level of Social Work experience required
• One year of acute hospital social work experience preferred

EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Social Work required
• LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) preferred
