Overview
As an Adult Behavioral Health Therapist, you will be responsible for providing clinical services to clients with mental health and substance abuse diagnoses. You will conduct assessments, deliver therapy, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. This role requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling, along with one year of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities
• Participate in the delivery of clinical services for adults and families
• Assess and document client needs for mental health and/or substance abuse services
• Provide individual and group therapy
• Work collaboratively with other professionals and service providers
• Maintain all contractual and licensure requirements
• Participate in supervision, meetings, and case consultations
• Complete clinical records and agency documentation in a timely manner
• Follow professional code of ethics
• Coordinate effective discharge planning
• Complete required training in mental health and substance use disorders
• Perform other duties as needed
Schedule and Shift Details
• Monday through Thursday 8:30 am to 7 pm and Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm. Evening hours will be required, and determined based on program needs.
Travel
• Occasional local travel. Mileage Reimbursement provided.
