Position: Community Liaison Location: Phoenix Metro Area (The Valley East & West) Role: Hybrid Remote with Regional Travel

We're looking for our next Community Liaison - a connector, advocate, and storyteller who can build relationships and open doors for families in need of ABA services across the Valley.

In this role, you'll be the face of AZ Treetop ABA throughout the Phoenix Metro area - sharing our mission, building trust, and helping families find the care they deserve.

You will:

• Build strong partnerships with pediatricians, behavioral health providers, and community organizations
• Represent AZ Treetop ABA at community events, professional meetings, and outreach visits across the Valley
• Share our story in ways that inspire and educate
• Respond quickly to referrals so families can begin services without delay
• Collaborate with intake and clinical teams to ensure smooth transitions into care
• Identify new outreach opportunities to expand our reach and impact
• Track outreach activity and results to guide growth

• 2+ years of ABA experience (as an RBT, or in intake, operations, or marketing preferred)
• Background in referral development, provider relations, or healthcare outreach
• Knowledge of pediatric or behavioral health services a plus
• A reliable vehicle and willingness to travel across the Valley (mileage reimbursed)
• Strong organization, creativity, and people skills
