Adecco Medical & Science is hiring a Patient Service Coordinator in South Austin.
This is an on-site opportunity.Please read the details below and apply with a current resume for consideration.Position Details:Type: Full-time, contract-to-hire potentialSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PMPay: $17 to $19/hrKey Responsibilities:Greet and check in patients upon arrivalSchedule follow-up appointments and manage provider calendarsAnswer and route incoming calls in a professional mannerVerify insurance eligibility and benefitsImport and organize patient documents into the electronic health record (EHR)Provide general administrative support to clinic staff and providersAssist patients with inquiries regarding services, appointments, and processesQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious customer service experience required (healthcare background preferred)Strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesEntry-level friendly, open to varied work experiencePay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
