About Us We are an established group psychotherapy practice serving children, adolescents, young adults, and families. We are expanding into a new line of business focused on commercial insurance clients of all ages and are seeking fully licensed clinicians who are excited to be part of building a program from the ground up.

This is not a standard “step into a full caseload” role — it is an opportunity for driven, motivated clinicians who want to help shape a new service model, contribute to referral-building efforts, and grow with a program that prioritizes high-quality care.

The Role As a Licensed Clinician in our new program, you will:

Provide outpatient psychotherapy to clients covered by commercial insurance.

Collaborate with leadership to shape program workflows, policies, and best practices.

Participate in referral development and outreach.

Maintain excellent documentation consistent with insurance and ethical standards.

Contribute to a team culture of innovation, flexibility, and growth.

Who We’re Looking For

Fully licensed in California (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT).

Minimum of 1–2 years post-licensure clinical experience preferred.

Strong interest in working with commercial insurance populations.

Entrepreneurial spirit: comfortable with ambiguity, motivated to build, and collaborative.

Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Spanish speaking highly desirable.

What We Offer

Competitive compensation with potential for growth as the program expands.

Administrative, billing, and marketing support — you focus on your clients.

Flexibility in schedule (within 9–5 practice hours).

Opportunities for leadership and program development over time.

A supportive, mission-driven team environment.

Compensation

Competitive fee-for-service pay, aligned with commercial insurance reimbursement rates.

Growth potential as caseload and referral networks expand.

How to Apply If you are a licensed clinician excited by the idea of shaping a new program and making a real impact, we want to hear from you. Please submit your CV and a brief cover letter describing your clinical experience and why this opportunity excites you.

Flexible work from home options available.
