Now Hiring: Part-Time BCBA (Parent Trainings Only!)
Looking for a flexible side role where you can do what you love without the extra stress? We’re seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and focus on parent trainings while also providing light oversight for Program Supervisors. This is a great opportunity for a BCBA who wants extra review work on the side, loves collaborating with families, and enjoys helping parents feel empowered.
What You’ll Do
- Run engaging parent training sessions to teach caregivers practical ABA strategies.
- Coach, model, and support families so they feel confident implementing techniques at home.
- Review and provide feedback to Program Supervisors (but not manage a heavy caseload).
- Help with reports when needed — just enough to keep things interesting.
- Be part of a supportive team that values your expertise and your time.
Why This Role Rocks
- Part-time & flexible — perfect for extra hours on the side.
- Focus on parent trainings only (no overwhelming caseload).
- Chance to mentor Program Supervisors with your experience.
- Join a fun, compassionate team that truly values collaboration.
