Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Summary
As a BCBA, you will develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans with a compassionate care focus for children, managing a manageable caseload. You will supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), collaborate with families to set goals and track progress, and contribute to clinical quality and innovation. Compensation & Benefits

  • Total Compensation: $80,000 – $117,000 annually, with opportunities to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of trainees.
  • Monthly Performance Bonuses: Uncapped; start at just 26 hours of treatment per week.
