At Treetop ABA, we provide individualized ABA therapy that makes a meaningful difference for children and families. With services across schools, homes, and clinics, we are proud to lead in delivering flexible, evidence-based care in 8 states.

We have a unique opportunity through a Boston Public Schools (BPS) contract to provide ABA services for students who are non-traditional or require additional support at home. This role is designed for a BCBA who values flexibility, collaboration, and impactful work-without administrative overload.

Part-Time, Hourly (in-person) $75-$85/hour Year-Round Position No Billables, No Assessments No Work on School Holidays or Snow Days

Sessions are primarily after-school hours and some weekends, with the possibility of occasional in-school morning hours.

• Provide ABA services in-home for BPS students requiring supplemental or non-traditional support
• Collaborate with school staff and families for continuity of care
• Supervise and coach Behavior Technicians as needed
• Deliver high-quality intervention without productivity or paperwork stress

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Massachusetts LBA license (required)
• Experience working in home or school-based settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
