- Help students and families understand their financial aid, student bills, loans, and payment options
- Solve problems related to student accounts and financial aid, including fixing errors and helping with refunds
- Provide clear, friendly support to anyone who contacts the office—students, families, alumni, or other partners
- Work with other departments to resolve account issues and remove holds
- Make sure all work follows current rules, policies, and privacy standards
- 3+ years of experience working in financial aid, student accounts, or another area in higher education
- Strong understanding of school policies and financial aid rules
- Ability to handle private information responsibly
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and diverse environment
- Experience giving presentations or running workshops
- Familiarity with school systems or databases
- Knowledge of student loan repayment and financial aid regulations
- Skills in editing digital content or using online communication tools
