Licensed Therapist (LAC, LPC, LCSW, LMSW)

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Apache Junction & Mesa locations)
Apache Junction: Tuesday-Saturday
Mesa: Monday-Friday or Sunday-Thursday
Employment Type: Full-time, In-personPay & Bonus:

• $70K annual salary
• $5,000 sign-on bonus (split at 30 & 90 days)
• On-call rotation: 1 week/month with bonus

Role:
Provide therapy to adolescents (ages 12–17) in a residential setting. Conduct assessments, lead individual and group sessions, and collaborate with care teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in counseling/social work
• AZ Licensure: LAC, LPC, LCSW, or LMSW
• Experience with adolescents/residential setting preferred (new grads considered)
