Blazer Jobs is actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time school-based position for the 20252026 academic year in Boston, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced and credentialed professionals looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students with behavioral needs. We are looking for passionate behavior specialists who thrive in a collaborative educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to evaluate and understand student behaviors
Design, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Collaborate with special education teams, classroom teachers, parents, and school staff
Train and support staff in evidence-based behavior management strategies
Collect, track, and analyze behavior data to guide decision-making and ensure progress
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to student support planning
Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
Previous experience working in school settings, particularly with students receiving special education services, is preferred
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work with diverse student populations and multidisciplinary teams
