Blazer Jobs is actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time school-based position for the 20252026 academic year in Boston, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced and credentialed professionals looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students with behavioral needs. We are looking for passionate behavior specialists who thrive in a collaborative educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to evaluate and understand student behaviors

  • Design, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

  • Collaborate with special education teams, classroom teachers, parents, and school staff

  • Train and support staff in evidence-based behavior management strategies

  • Collect, track, and analyze behavior data to guide decision-making and ensure progress

  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to student support planning

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)

  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Special Education, Psychology, or a related field

  • Previous experience working in school settings, particularly with students receiving special education services, is preferred

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

  • Ability to work with diverse student populations and multidisciplinary teams
