We’re Hiring: Founding BCBA Clinical Leader – North Carolina ?Are you a BCBA ready to make your mark and build something meaningful from the ground up? Majestic Care ABA is looking for a Founding Clinical Leader to help launch and grow our North Carolina services.Location: Hybrid (in-home/community within ~30 miles + remote days)Job Type: Full-timeYour Role (First 6–12 Months):

Build the clinical foundation

Deliver high-quality therapy: conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and provide family guidance

Manage a small caseload of 8–10 clients

Supervise and mentor a dedicated team of RBTs

Growth Path:Infancy Stage (0–20 clients): Founding Clinician – Lead direct care while helping establish clinical systemsExpansion Stage (20–40 clients): Regional Manager – Take on supervision and strengthen operational systemsGrowing Phase (40+ clients): Regional Director – Oversee clinical quality, mentor BCBAs, and lead state-level initiativesWhat We’re Looking For:

Active BCBA® certification + NC LBA

3+ years of experience, including RBT supervision

Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and family guidance

Bilingual Preferred (Spanish)
