A K-12 school in Howell, MI, is seeking a skilled Social Worker to support student well-being and address social and emotional challenges throughout the school year on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional experienced in school social work who is committed to fostering a positive and healthy learning environment for students from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students social, emotional, and behavioral needs
  • Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student success
  • Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
  • Connect families with community resources and support services
  • Maintain accurate and confidential case records in compliance with school policies

Qualifications:
