A School Psychologist position is available for an elementary school location in Aberdeen, MD. This onsite, contract role offers full-time hours ranging from 35 to 40 per week, serving a caseload that spans Kindergarten through 12th grade. The opportunity runs throughout the school year (NSY), focusing on providing psychological services and support to students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for K-12 students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Provide counseling and crisis intervention services.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success.

Qualifications:

  • Maryland School Psychologist License is required.
  • Experience working with elementary through high school populations preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and educational interventions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
