REPOSTThis is a temporary position and there are no leave or retirement benefits offered with this position. This temporary position is located in Concord - Cabarrus County. Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay: $22.00 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application). This temporary position will be assigned to the Department of Health and Human Services. This position is located at 1065 Vinehaven Dr, NE, Concord, NC 28025.The primary purpose of this position will be to act in the role of interim service coordinator to make the initial home visit to further explain the program and gather required paperwork. They will work with the family to schedule the Eligibility Evaluation (EE) and complete eligibility process for enrollment in the ITP. This position may carry a small caseload.

NOTE: "See Resume" is not acceptable to show work historyThorough knowledge of the concepts, practices, and techniques of the field of early childhood developmental disabilities and infant mental health, including assessments and development of comprehensive treatment plans. Skill in developing and writing individualized family service plans, and the ability to evaluate and document child progress and adjust the plan as needed.Ability to coordinate and instruct staff, family members and care providers in carrying out methods and techniques utilized in developmental disabilities and infant and child mental health and family studies field. Ability to establish rapport and relate to clients, families, community agencies and groups and a variety of service disciplines.Ability to manage time independently and develop and use methods of organization to facilitate compliance with all timelines, documentation requirements and procedural safeguards.
