Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) in California
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Compensation: $115,000 to $120,000 annually, plus benefits

As a Licensed Therapist (Licensed Professional Counselor LPCC, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist LMFT, Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW), this is your opportunity to build a fulfilling career centered on delivering quality care while advancing your personal and professional growth.
We'll take care of the business logistics, so you can dedicate yourself to your clients and the therapy process.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Using clinical assessment tools to monitor and adjust treatments based on progress and goals.
  • Keeping thorough and accurate documentation through an easy-to-use digital portal.
  • Working collaboratively with the Therapy Leadership Team for guidance and clinical support.
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctorate in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited school.
  • Current independent licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) in California.
  • At least one year of independent practice as a licensed therapist.
  • Experience with evidence-based therapies for depression, anxiety, and related conditions.
  • Familiarity with integrating technology into clinical practice.
  • A dedication to providing inclusive, culturally sensitive care.
