Social Work Director
Full-Time | Manhattan, NY

Salary Range - $100,000 - $120,000

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Social Work Director to lead our Social Services Department in a respected long-term care setting located in Manhattan, NY. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for enhancing the lives of residents.

Responsibilities:

· Direct, establish, and oversee overall policies and goals for the Social Services Department

· Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and support residents with adjustment needs

· Supervise and guide departmental staff to ensure high-quality performance

· Manage discharge planning beginning at admission

· Participate in occasional community outreach initiatives

· Utilize creativity, judgment, and extensive experience to plan and achieve departmental goals

Requirements:

· 2+ years of management experience in long-term care (LTC) settings

· LSW – MSW required

· Strong knowledge of applicable State and Federal guidelines

· Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
