Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team. The BCBA or BCaBA will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing supervision to RBTs and other team members. This role is crucial in helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their daily functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide direct supervision and training to RBTs and other team members
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, making data-driven decisions to adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
- Stay current with best practices and developments in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA)
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Current BCBA certification (required)
- Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities (preferred)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes or community settings
