What You’ll Do

• Mentor, train, and support caregivers to deliver consistent, high-quality care.
• Create and monitor execution of client care plans with professionalism and compassion.
• Conduct supervisory visits and provide constructive feedback.
• Supervise and train caregivers
• Facilitate care conferences with families and healthcare providers.
• Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations.
• Lead quality assurance efforts and maintain best practices.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, families, and staff.
  
  

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40–45 hours per week, with occasional evenings or weekends.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in home care, home health, or healthcare.

✅ 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.

✅ Licensed or certified as a CNA, LPN, or in a related healthcare field.

✅ Tech-savvy and comfortable with scheduling, EMR, and communication tools.

✅ Strong communicator, mentor, and problem-solver.

✅ Flexible, energetic, and reliable in a fast-paced environment.
