Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments and reassessments, developing individualized treatment plans, writing progress reports for insurance companies, and supervising Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA), initial assessments, and reassessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Write progress reports and treatment updates required by insurance companies.
• Provide ongoing supervision, mentorship, and training to BTs and RBTs.
• Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and ensure clinical effectiveness.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards set by the BACB.

Qualifications:

• Must hold active BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience supervising BTs and RBTs preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
