Job Description

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school-based, in-person role during the 2025–2026 school year.

Responsibilities:

• Provide behavior analytic services and support to students within the school setting.

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.

• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement effective behavioral strategies.

• Train and supervise school personnel in the implementation of behavior support plans.

• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.

Requirements:

• Active BCBA license (must be in hand before start date).

• 100% in-person availability.

• Current CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification required.
