HouseCall MD is seeking for a highly motivated Medical Office Assistant / Coordinator. The ideal candidate is motivated, goal oriented, great communication skills, and team player.
This position involves direct communication with physicians, referral sources, and patients to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
Intake Phone Calls
Serve as primary point of contact for all patient-related calls
Triage a high volume of incoming calls
Address and resolve patient concerns
Assist with processing of patient orders, Rx, and labs
Document on EMR system
Check in with referral sources
Forward all complaints to supervisor
Create LEAN process for improving daily tasks
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 year experience in a medical office
Experience with Electronic Health Records software and medical terminology
Familiarity with Windows PC applications, MS Word, Excel, Email
General knowledge of overall business office functions
Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in order to address and resolve patient concerns with good verbal and written and communication skills
