What You’ll Do:
- Work 1-on-1 with children (ages 2–18) in their homes and communities.
- Use play and daily routines to help kids build communication, social, and life skills.
- Follow individualized plans designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect simple progress notes and share wins with families and supervisors.
- Be part of a supportive team that values your growth and passion.
We’re Looking For:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable, energetic, and motivated people who enjoy working with kids.
- Afternoon/evening availability (3:00 p.m.–8:30 p.m. on weekdays, with occasional weekends).
- Reliable transportation, valid license, and willingness to complete CPR/TB/background check.
(Experience with kids is a plus, but not required!)
Locations:
We provide services across Northern Virginia, including Fairfax County, Prince William County, Arlington County and Loudoun County.
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 14 – 21 per week
