About Job

Love working with kids? Looking for a job where you can have fun and make an impact every day? Join our team as a Behavior Technician and help children with autism learn, grow, and shine. No experience is required — we provide full training, certification support, and mentorship.

Why You’ll Love This Role:

  • Rewarding Work: Watch kids make progress and celebrate milestones with you by their side.
  • Training Provided: We’ll teach you everything you need to know — no prior experience required.
  • Flexible Schedules: Afternoons and evenings (perfect for students or anyone wanting meaningful part-time work).
  • Career Growth: Great first step for anyone considering education, psychology, counseling, or healthcare.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work 1-on-1 with children (ages 2–18) in their homes and communities.
  • Use play and daily routines to help kids build communication, social, and life skills.
  • Follow individualized plans designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collect simple progress notes and share wins with families and supervisors.
  • Be part of a supportive team that values your growth and passion.

We’re Looking For:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable, energetic, and motivated people who enjoy working with kids.
  • Afternoon/evening availability (3:00 p.m.–8:30 p.m. on weekdays, with occasional weekends).
  • Reliable transportation, valid license, and willingness to complete CPR/TB/background check.

(Experience with kids is a plus, but not required!)
