What We're Looking For:

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred – many of the families we serve will be most comfortable with someone who can connect in their first language.

• Prior experience in HCBS coordination, case management, group home leadership, or direct support.

• A genuine heart for the special needs community.

• Knowledge of Arizona's Developmental Disabilities programs and systems.

• Strong case management skills – advocacy, interviewing, and collaboration.

• Confidentiality knowledge (HIPAA compliance required).

• Comfortable with technology (Apple productsGoogle Drive).

• Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.

• Driver's licensereliable transportation (mileage reimbursed).

• Ability to pass CPS and APS registry checks.
