We are a loving family in Sarasota, FL, seeking an ABA/RBT/BACB Child Specialist to work one-on-one with our autistic child. What You’ll Do:

• Work one-on-one with our child, observing behaviors and identifying growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans rooted in ABA principles.
• Create engaging, play-based activities to encourage skill-building and positive behaviors.
• Provide support and education to us as parents, ensuring we can reinforce therapy techniques effectively.
• Maintain detailed records of progress and adjust strategies as needed to meet evolving goals.
• Celebrate every milestone and foster a joyful, nurturing environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• A master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience working directly with children on the autism spectrum, ideally in one-on-one settings.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, trusting relationships with children and families.
• Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude.
• A commitment to tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of our child.

Preferred Certifications (looking for at least 1 of the below):

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Certified Autism Specialist (CAS).
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Special Education Certification.
• Speech-Language Pathology Certification.
• Occupational Therapy Certification.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Counselor.
• Developmental Disabilities Specialist Certification.
