Mon-Wed, Fri 1pm-6pm in Lehi and Thur 12pm-6pm in Provo

You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding patient experiences, handling everything from front desk operations to patient coordination, and managing patient communication. Key Responsibilities

As our Front Office Patient Care Coordinator, your role will be a mix of administrative support, patient care, and team coordination. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Patient Interaction: Create a welcoming, empathetic environment for patients, managing check-ins, check-outs, and scheduling.
  • Communication & Support: Handle patient calls, texts, emails, and inquiries with warmth, efficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Billing & Insurance: Assist with billing, and maintain accurate, confidential patient records.
  • Sales & CRM Management: Use Go High Level (GHL) or similar platforms to manage patient leads and support consultation conversions.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with the clinical team to ensure all patients have access to the necessary resources for their treatment plans.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with clinic operations, help streamline office tasks, and contribute to a smooth daily workflow.

Position Requirements

We’re seeking candidates who:

  • Have previous healthcare experience (ideally in a front desk role or with knowledge of EMR systems). 1-3 years in a medical receptionist or front desk role preferred.
  • Are familiar with sales or CRM platforms (preferably Go High Level).
  • Bring excellent communication skills, with a focus on empathy and professionalism.
  • Have a detail-oriented mindset and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Are adaptable, able to shift priorities with ease in a fast-paced environment.
  • Are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and supporting team success.
