What You’ll Do

  • Develop & Oversee Client Programs: Design, update, and monitor individualized ABA programs, including assessments like Vineland, AFLS, VB-MAPP, and ABLLS.
  • Mentor & Supervise: Provide required RBT supervision hours, guide Mid-Tiers, and lead new hire training.
  • Track & Ensure Compliance: Maintain accurate data, ensure fidelity of treatment, and submit reports in compliance with funding source and company guidelines.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with families, clinicians, and cross-functional teams to provide coordinated, high-quality care.

What We’re Looking For

  • Certification: Current, valid BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of ABA experience with prior supervisory responsibilities.
  • Skills: Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Requirements: Valid CA driver’s license, reliable transportation, TB test, background check, CPR/First Aid certification, and required immunizations.
  • Passion: A dedication to improving the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
