Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development and implementation of Individual Service Plan for individuals in treatment
- Plan and implement interventions that assist with helping individual reach goals of developed service plan
- Complete progress notes that meet the state and federal regualtions
- Meet with individual weekly in home and community to provide treatment
- Works closely with other agency staff and/or external providers for the purpose of service facilitation.
- Develops and maintains positive, collaborative relationships with community providers when interaction is necessary
- Participate in meetings for the purposes of supervision
Requirements:
- Virginia Board of Counseling QMHP certification or ability to apply for cerification
- CPR and First Aide Training (to be obtained within 3 months of employment)
- Restraint Training (to be obtained within 3 months of employment)
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
