Job Title: Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)

Your Role as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, functional behavior assessments).
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans based on assessment data and client goals.
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in implementing ABA programs with fidelity.
- Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust programming as needed.
- Ensure compliance with insurance documentation and authorization requirements.
- Provide parent and caregiver training to support generalization of skills across settings.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
- BCBA certification or completion of BCBA-required coursework
- Two years’ experience working with children in behavioral or therapeutic settings
- Experience supervising and supporting behavior teams is strongly preferred
