Your Role as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, functional behavior assessments).
  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans based on assessment data and client goals.
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in implementing ABA programs with fidelity.
  • Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust programming as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance documentation and authorization requirements.
  • Provide parent and caregiver training to support generalization of skills across settings.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
  • BCBA certification or completion of BCBA-required coursework
  • Two years’ experience working with children in behavioral or therapeutic settings
  • Experience supervising and supporting behavior teams is strongly preferred
