Overview:

A well-established nonprofit organization is seeking compassionate and experienced Social Workers to support youth facing emotional, behavioral, and social challenges. These programs are designed to foster stability, resilience, and personal growth through trauma-informed, youth-centered care.

The ideal candidates will bring strong clinical insight, a passion for working with young people, and a commitment to promoting positive outcomes through supportive, community-based services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver trauma-informed, youth- and family-centered treatment to address clinical and behavioral needs, promote stability, and build functional life skills.
  • Collaborate with youth, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans focused on goal achievement and relapse prevention.
  • Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and discharge support, ensuring continuity of care through community-based referrals and service coordination.
  • Facilitate appointment navigation and service engagement, addressing barriers and fostering access to appropriate supports.
  • Maintain thorough documentation, participate in team meetings, and ensure compliance with reporting, productivity, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Current licensure required: LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LCAT in a Behavioral Health or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience providing direct services to children with serious emotional disturbances and their families.
  • Strong foundation in behavioral health practices, including trauma-informed care, risk assessment, and family engagement.
  • Spanish fluency preferred, with the ability to deliver culturally and linguistically appropriate services.
